About the project
Gosu X is a two-player combo card game set in the Jalaanx universe. Players draft clans, build their armies over three rounds and win great battles through military strength or alternative victory conditions. The BGA adaptation includes the Abunakkashii and Rukgnarl Bonesreaper expansions.
Challenges and Risks

- Lots of combo triggers, including copy and mirror chains protected against infinite loops
- Passive & active effects, plus “Force of Will” cancellations
- Many conditions and prerequisites to check in real time
- A backend rebuild without breaking games in progress
